Made thanks to fo4edit, seriously you rock zilav before i start listing out the details i wanted to mention that this was kinda inspired by this mod, so a huge amount of credit goes to them you prefer a mod that has ballistic weaves for all clothing, and various other improvements, i recommend armorsmith!
